According to the Sleep Council’s latest Great British Bedtime Report we’re now getting less sleep than ever. Almost three quarters (74%) of Brits are sleeping less than seven hours per night and 12% sleeping less than 5 hours, up from 7% in 2013. Stress is said to be the main factor keeping almost half of Britons awake at night, so it seems more important than ever to ensure your bedroom is a place where you can switch off and forget.
