Your Dunlopillo Guarantee


There’s not much to go wrong with our 100% pure Dunlopillo latex mattresses. But for your peace of mind, we’ve guaranteed all our mattresses, bases and headboards for 8 years. That includes both the Signature Collection and the Go Collection.

If you have purchased the Adjustable Electric Base, the motor is guaranteed for 5 years while the remote-control handset is guaranteed for 2 years.

All claims made within the Guarantee period should be directed through the retailer where the item was purchased.

Dunlopillo, via the retailer, will repair or replace*, free of charge, any product that becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship.

In the unlikely event that a manufacturing fault develops during the guarantee period, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase with the nature of your complaint. You do not need to register your guarantee but to assist the retailer, you should keep and provide the following information:

  1. Date of purchase

  2. Order number or receipt of purchase

  3. Product name and size

  4. Full description of complaint


The Guarantee will unfortunately cease to apply if:

  1. The product is found to have been mistreated or damaged

  2. The product has not been maintained in accordance with the care instructions supplied

  3. Any mattress under complaint has been used with a damaged divan or a divan that is deemed to be of unsuitable quality

  4. The mattress has been used on a slatted base with slats more than 7cm apart


Following replacement or repair, the Guarantee will remain valid from the date of original purchase.

*You are entitled to a replacement in year 1 of the guarantee. From year 2-8, we will arrange a repair for the item. If your product cannot be repaired, it is within Dunlopillo’s discretion to replace the item, depending on the origin of the fault.
